As you can see, I have 5 hard drives connected to my PC. And then, run diskpart command. Open Windows 10 command prompt as administrator. Click Change Install Location and set it to your formatted USB.Mount the EFI partition on Windows 10.

In the screenshot below, EFI Mounter tells me that I'm currently booting from disk0s2, so I choose disk0s1 (because it's part of "disk0"). If your computer has multiple hard drives (like mine), choose the hard drive that OS X is currently booting from.
